Recipe: Ginger Hemp Granola S'mores Pops {V}

Did you know August 10, 2017, is National S'mores Day? We're celebrating this very important holiday with a tasty, simple recipe AND a vegan giveaway featuring Dandies all-natural marshmallows and Salazon salted chocolate. Michele's Ginger Hemp Granola S’mores Pops {Vegan}

  1. Push a lollipop stick or wooden skewer about ¾ of the way into 6 large marshmallows
  2. In a small food processor, grind ½ cup Michele’s Ginger Hemp Granola into fine crumbs
  3. Melt one Salazon chocolate bar OR ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips on the stove using a double broiler
  4. Remove the chocolate from the heat and stir well
  5. Dip marshmallows into chocolate and roll in granola (Michele garnished hers with a piece of crystallized ginger)
  6. Serve immediately

 Yield: 6 s’mores pops
