Cozy Apple Cinnamon Muesli Bundt Cake

Break out your Bundt pan and bake a warm, comforting taste of autumn! The toasty oats, nuts, seeds and fruit in our Toasted Muesli add wonderful texture and flavor to this apple-filled cake.

Makes 1 cake, serves 8-10


1 ½ cups canola oil

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ¾ cups granulated sugar

3 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

3 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped into 1-inch cubes

1 cup Toasted Muesli


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, sift all dry ingredients and whisk together. Using a rubber scraper, stir dry ingredients into wet. Don’t over mix.
  4. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
