Give One for Good Food^®

2006 was a big year for our founder Michele. During that year, she founded Michele’s Granola, and she also helped open a farmers' market and develop a program to match food stamp dollars in a low-income neighborhood to make fresh food from local farms more readily available. Michele’s Granola continues to support these programs to encourage healthy eating for all while advocating for local food agriculture. With the belief that everyone deserves good food, and a passion for using the power of business for positive social change, Michele created the Give One for Good Food® program through which we donate 1% of our sales to organizations leading the way towards a healthier, more equitable food system.

Michele’s Granola provides funding to Whole Foods Market Foundation to support programs that nourish people by advancing food security, improving nutrition and strengthening resilient food systems. Read more about this partnership on the Foundation's site.
