Perfectly sweet, perfectly salty, the TEXTURE is everything. In every bag there are massive clusters, so intact that you get shards of the baked sheets of granola. So addictive. It's the only granola I will eat straight out of the bag.

I bought the almond butter and salted maple and they taste great. But unlike the almond butter which had many clumps of granola and the expected loose bits the maple was different and not unlike the Grape Nut cereal. I had to put it in a cup and eat it by pouring in my mouth.

We love those big chunks, too, which is why we carefully pack every bag with a similar weight of granola chunks and shaky cereal. Once those freshly packed bags leave our bakery, handling of our granola can result in some of those chunks being broken up every once in awhile. I love maple granola but haven’t been happy with the brands I find in the regular grocery stores. So I did a search online and found Michele’s Granola. In spite of the fact that I was worried since I’d never had it before, based on the ingredients and the comments about it, I order two packages instead of one and I’m so glad I did. This granola is pretty awesome and I will be buying it again when I run out.

I've been on a granola lot and bout this at Frank's Produce and Farmers Market. Now I know why the Salted Maple Pecan was almost out. It's so delicious. Perfectly crunchy, not too sweet or salty. Just a good granola. So happy you can order from them directly and in bulk.
